I found out about this weeks quote through a friend, who has been in and out of trouble and now has set himself goals and is working towards them, so I asked him what motivates him a lot other than ADS and this is the quote he gave me;

“The world ant all sunshine and rainbows its a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and leave you there. You me or anybody is going to hit as hard as life but it ant about how hard you are hit, its about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward, how much can you take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done!”

In all fairness this quote is self-explanatory! Any obstacle that hits you hard and brings you down, are you going to bounce back harder? Never let anything stop you from winning your race, no matter what!
