This weeks quote is simple, sharp and blunt! Nothing will go the right way, or how you like if you are not working for it. For example, if you want to get A* grades in school, you have to do whatever is necessary to get those grades even if it means sacrificing time and putting in incredible effort.

This quote itself relates to ADS, because we want ADS to go far so we are working, doing whatever can help the company to make that happen!
