Let The Games Begin!

The Olympics will soon begin! After waiting 7 years, after being chosen to host the games over the French, the worlds biggest sporting event is finally here; London 2012!

The Opening Ceremony of the Olympics was absolutely crazy! Many performances from young kids singing there heart out, amazing dancing taking place all over the stadium. I must say all respect goes to Danny Boyle, the director of the opening ceremony, and boy did he make it one not to forget!

Throughout the 3 hour and a half ceremony, there was always something going on to interest the viewers and keep everybody on there tip toes, thinking whats going to happen next? Also, with many surprises as to who will ring the huge bell, it was Bradley Wiggins, the 2012 Tour De France winner!

It was also amazing seeing all the participating countries walk into the stadium with all there athletes, showing off there flags and attire! Especially the Nigerians and Jamaicans!

If you got a ticket to any of the events make sure you enjoy them and to the rest of you watching at home, catch as much coverage as you can because this is a once in a life time opportunity!
