Mexico Win Olympic Mens Football Finals

Wow, I bet none of us expected the underdogs to win this one? Yeah I thought Brazil would win this one hands down but it seems like Mexico bought their A-Game while Brazil bought their lame game!

Mexico took the lead in 28 seconds just after kick off, after a school boy error from the young right back, Rafael. Oribe Peralta pressured as soon as the game started and got a reward as he ones the games first scorer. Then throughout the game Mexico was pressing and pressing while Brazil seemed to crumble under the pressure with many sloppy passes and tackles. Later on in the second half, Peralta scored again, showing the world why Mexico’s was unbeaten throughout the Olympics.

However, early substitute Hulk was able to get a great goal….at 90 minutes which is just too late for the team to even think about a comeback, but when everybody thought it was over young Oscar missed a open header at the near post!

Well Done To Mexico, they fully deserved to be Olympic Champions!
