Glory Glory In Paralympics

Credit is due where it is deserved! And these Paraylmpian’s deserve a mass amount of credit and praise! Currently Team GB are 3rd in the medal table with 25Gold 34Silver and 31Bronze…Amazing!

Only downfall of this years Paralympic’s was the timing of comments from South African Athlete, Oscar Pistorious. After being beaten in the 200m finals by young Brazilian Alan Fonteles Cardoso Oliveira. Oscar had complained that the size of Alan’s blades were very long which gives him a very big advantage over all his competitors. Later on Oscar apologised for his timing of the comments but still stands by what he said.

Enough about the athletes, may I say the home crowd are just phenomenal. They did not just support their own country but every country which took part, supporting and cheering every athlete to finish their race!
